Do You Offer Delivery, Setup and Collection?
Yes. We offer delivery, professional setup and collection throughout Cape Town, Helderberg, Stellenbosch, Franschhoek and the greater Western Cape area. Our team ensures everything is set up, tested and ready before your event begins, and we’ll strike and collect the equipment afterwards at an agreed time so you can simply enjoy your event.
Can I Collect Equipment on Friday and Return It on Monday?
Yes, if you arranged with us prior to the event we wont charge you extra. We understand that many events take place under pressure and logistics can be complicated , so Friday collection and Monday return is mostly fine unless we need the equipment for other bookings, so just let us know your event dates when requesting a quotation, and we’ll confirm the most convenient collection and return times.
Can I Hire Equipment Without a Technician?
Yes. Many of our smaller sound systems, projectors and presentation packages are available as dry hire for customers who are comfortable operating the equipment themselves. We’ll explain how everything works before you leave and make sure you have everything you need for a successful event. Larger productions and more complex events will likely require one of our experienced technicians.
Do You Provide Sound and Lighting for Weddings?
Yes. Weddings are one of our specialties. We can provide everything from ceremony sound and wireless microphones to reception audio, professional DJ services, dance floor lighting and customised lighting packages. Can I Connect My Laptop or Phone to the Sound System?
Yes. Our sound systems and mixers can connect to any laptop, smartphone and tablet using Bluetooth or the appropriate aux cables. If you’re unsure which connection you’ll need, simply let us know what device you’re using and we’ll supply the correct cables and adapters where required.

Definitely. Every event is different, so we don’t believe in one-size-fits-all packages. We’ll recommend equipment based on your venue, guest numbers, budget and event requirements, ensuring you receive everything you need without paying for equipment you don’t.
Can the Equipment Be Set Up the Day Before My Event?
Yes, where venue access and security allows. For weddings, conferences and larger events, setting up the day before is often the best option to ensure everything is tested and ready well before guests arrive. We’ll discuss access times with you during the planning process.

Yes. Everything we hire includes the necessary cables, stands and accessories required for the equipment you’ve booked. If your event has any special requirements, such as long cable runs, multiple rooms or limited power outlets, we’ll make sure everything needed is included before your event.
What Information Do You Need to Prepare a Quotation?
The more information you can provide, the better. Useful details include your event dates, venue name and address, start and end times, estimated guest numbers, the type of event you’re hosting and the services you require. Do You Set Up and Test the Equipment Before the Event?
Yes. Whenever we provide delivery and setup, our team fully installs and tests the equipment before your event begins and if need be shows you how to operate it. We check microphones, speakers, projectors, screens and lighting to ensure everything is working correctly before we leave or before the event starts.
Do You Offer DJ Services
Yes. We provide professional DJ services for weddings, corporate functions, birthdays, school events and private celebrations. Our DJs use professional sound and lighting equipment and work with you beforehand to understand your music preferences and create the right atmosphere for your event.
Can You Visit My Venue Before Recommending Equipment?
Yes. For larger events or venues we’re unfamiliar with, we usually insist on a site visit wherever practical. This helps us assess power availability, access, room layout and equipment requirements so we can recommend the most suitable solution and avoid any surprises on event day.
Can you help me work out what my event needs?
Absolutely. Many of our clients haven’t organised an event before, and that’s perfectly normal. Tell us about your venue, guest numbers and the type of event you’re planning, and we’ll recommend a practical combination of sound, lighting, presentation equipment or entertainment to suit your needs.
Can you support outdoor or remote venues without electricity?
Yes. We offer battery-powered speakers and inverters, and can also supply generators or alternative power solutions for larger events where mains electricity isn’t available.
